MOM Help

Hi guys/gals,

The RX Club will be meeting this Saturday 12th at 2pm @ Richmond Green sports park to discuss job details for MOM. I would like at least 1 person from each club to assist if possible. Some areas that we need assistance in are:

-entrance, waivers, attendance list
-tickets, goodie bags
-club parking coordinator
-games
-voting
-food, servers

how late are you planning on going? because the guys going AutoXing should b done shortly after 2ish

u bringing u'r mx?
i should b easy enough to spot, i'll b in full great kilt (not the school girl uniforms most ppl wear) in MacLean ancient hunting tartan (green/black) and have a 5 foot claymore on my back. i'll b there w/ my brother, same kilt, long red curly hair.

There must be someone from the Toronto that can spare a bit of time and help out. We always ride on the backs of the other clubs for other events. At least someone from the nearby GTA area could lend a hand. Members in the Barrie, Newmarket, Aurora, Keswick and Richmond area's could surely make the effort. I'm already doing my part by coordinating a cruise to the meet. Most members seem to be willing to take advantage of these different venues but aren't willing to add a hand when asked for or needed.
C'mon peeps, someone stand up and help out. God help us when it's our Club's turn to organize this event. Give a little and help out - it's only one half day of the year.

I can help ....... with the voting NO (wouldn't be very good at that)
with the games NO (I'm shy)

I wouldn't be arriving till about 9:30 or 10am though

But let me know ok? ... ya food is good ...
