MX-3.com whp list

Post by OutlaW »

Hi gang

I have done some search here, and i cant get any info on just how much bhp or whp do we have around here.

My suggestion is to EVERYONE write their current power figures like this :

Nickname -- Engine Type -- Car model -- bhp -- whp --
Nickname -- Engine Type --- bhp ----- whp --

rebel2k4 ------------------- turbo KLDE ------ *** bhp ----- 403 whp
Slammed6------------------------ KLZE -------- *** bhp ----- 265 whp (75-shot nitrous)
kiwi_MX3 ------------------------- KLZE -------- *** bhp ----- 250 whp
Pat -------------------------------- KLZE -------- *** bhp ----- 180 whp
fowljesse ------------------------ KLZE -------- *** bhp ----- 179 whp
323v6 ---------------------------- KLZE -------- *** bhp ----- 178 whp
kami_no_michi ------------------ KLZE --------- 215 bhp ------ *** whp
Macen´s friend ------------------ KLZE ---------- 197bhp ------ 166 whp
hgallegos915 -----------( millenia ) KLZE -------- ??? bhp ----- 166 whp
WhiteFinish ---------------------- KLZE ---------- 192 bhp ----- 160 whp
ccreech -------------------------- KLZE---------- 195 bhp ----- 160 whp
Mnemonic ----------------------- KLZE ---------- ??? bhp ----- 158 whp
93mazdamx3_93 --------------- KLZE ---------- ??? bhp ----- 150 whp
lakersfan1 ---------------------- KLDE ----------- ??? bhp ----- 151 whp
Deimos -------------------------- KLZE ---------- ??? bhp ------ 144 whp
Mnemonic ----------------------- KFZE ---------- ??? bhp ----- 115 whp
OutlaW -------------------------- K8 ------------ 136 bhp ----- 108 whp

I think that this way would be a lot more interestig to browse the power capabilities

I can honestly say its a pity i can't tick two of the options.

bone stock gives you 160whp
Pat has 180whp for minamal mods
some others have got close on 200whp.

as for me well, your all just going to have to wait a few more
months but given calcu's put it past 250whp.

I've never been on a real dyno, but I've got a road dyno that I use. So, for what it's worth, it says I have 186whp/179tq. Like I said, that's a road dyno(accelerometer), so take those numbers however you'd like.
KLZE/KL31 ecu/Pacesetter headers/track pipe cat delete/2.5 inch custom exhaust out to fart pipe/warm air intake for now :(/Fidanza 9lbs flywheel/Stage 2 kevlar road racing clutch which still slips/stock wheels/BFG KDW-2 tires. Looks bone stock ;)

There are those who claim to be street racers, and then there are those who claim the streets for themselves. I am not a street racer. I am a StreetSweeper.

just after my KLZE swap, i dynoed 149 whp with stock airbox, dead O2 sensors and a broken stock exhaust

since then i'v done alot of mods however and provided i get my timing fixed by the weekend, i'll get another dyno done.

O2 sensors have no bearing on your wide-open-throttle power.

aftermarket ecu
Exactly. You NEED some kind of significant 'mods' to get to the 160WHP mark on these cars. Also, I question foreign dynos as the numbers seem to always be more than optimistic compared to American/Candaian dynos.

We've got cleaner air here. I blame it on that. :P
