Hold Clutch Pedal down, rpms drop

exactly what the title says.. when i hold my clutch pedal down, my rpms spike 1k then 0, the engine doesnt choke, but it comes oftly close.. this is comming after i added some new wires to help my electrical system.

sounds like TPS needs adjustment and maybe TB needs cleaning.....
