Trying to change tranny oil

i have a 95 4cyl DOHC, do i change it from the speedo? or through the bolt? me and my dad cant figure it out and how do we measure the level? thanks

Drain throught the bolt, fill through the speedo, and measure using the speedo. There are markings on it, but i've never been able to get any usefull info from them so it's better to just measure as you pour.

Is the bolt near the oil sump roughly in the middle?
