my friends and i used to do that in high school, you buy a couple packs of Sparklers they usually come in 6 packs 12" long. You scrape all the sparkler stuff off, than put them in something we used to use peach cans. And than you light it.
Ours was about 3 feet high off the ground and it burned for about a minute straight, it got so hot that it melted part of the peach can and the peach can was glowing red.

Ever notice anyone driving slower than you is an idiot and anyone driving faster than you is a maniac?

no no no, what you do is wrap the sparklers, whole all up with Electrical tape. THen some how have one sticking out of the top for a fuse. Just keep wrapping it with tape til it is really really hard. We actually took like 2 or 3 cds and cut them out for the top. But ya just wrap them A LOT. Then when you light the one on top, as soon as it gets to the sparklers in the middle it explodes fromt he pressure...

I am gonna do it cause it is as cool as my fireball trick with lighters lol.
You take the metal shell off, than the wheel, than that seesaw type button, than have it standing up in the road, light where the fluid is slowly coming out, run from it, watch and enjoy, sometimes it will be duds but 50% of the time it works all the time (lol had to pull an Anchorman off that one)
