Need help. Whole system.

I'm on my way to putting a video/audio system in my car. As of right now I have a 7" flip out sony monitor, a roofmount screen and a ps2 for the video. Audio i have 4 6.5" JBL speakers, which are 120W and 40rms each. I've got a Pyre amp, 1800W peak and right now I'm deciding on what subs i want. Well i know which ones I'm just debating what combo. They are Directed 1200W peak 600 rms and I'm looking at either one 12" or 2 10"s. I know there is a lot of discussion about this but which one would work better with the 1800W amp. I'm not sure if it could handle 2 10"'s. Anyways, once I've picked up the subs I need to know what i want for a box. I've researched it but am not able to find if it is better to get a sealed or ported box, or even bandpass. Also what sort of wiring am i going to need before doing this install. Nothing is in my car yet as i am waiting until i have everything and doing the job all at once.
