Fuse Box location.

Post by OutlaW »

Hi again gang...
I registered a while back in this forum, because i was going to buy a V6 Mx3
but the deal went wrong and i didn´t bought it.

Since then i had a Ford Puma and yesterday i exchanged it for a 1997 Mazda mx3 1.8 v6.

The question is that all is well with the car... but with the deal and the papers takin forever, i only went back home at night.
I live 300km's from the seller ...
As i was going on the highway, some driver's made ligght signal's to me, but as i was going slowly, i thought that they were messed up because of my speed.
A few km's before home, the police stopped me and asked me to leave the car.
As i went on the back, i noticed that my backlight's were not turned on.
But my headlight's are fine.

My trouble is this :
My lighter does not light up
My headlight's dont light up
My license plate light does not light up
My dashboard lights dont light up

I have radio, headlight's ...stop light's ... everything else.
Since this is a used car , the seller didn´t gave me a Manual, and i cant even find the Fuse box ... :(

Could this be simply one or two fuses that are burned ?
Something wrong with the electrical parts ?
|Weird|Could all of those lights went dead at the same time ?

Help a fellow Mazda :)

ok your fuse box is right above your left foot under the dash if you end up changing all your fuses and your lights still don't work your in the same boat as me your signal switch is F***ed and all it will do is turn on your headlights and your turn signals so your going to have to by-pass the dimmer switch and wire in your own switch to get all your parking lights back.

if thats the case have fun!!! j/k the fourm here can help
