i had a set of spacers and sold them off but on inspection and if you had the pattern i could definately copy them.

i work as a electrician and when building switch gear we use a sheet product called paxoline this is a brown high temperature material which which we fit between switch gear and cable trunking, im 99% sure is what the spacers are made of, because it looked identical.

A a table scroll saw and about couple hours of work and i could reproduce them easily.

Dont know if electricians in the u.s use this on their switch gear but if you know a industrial electrician its worth asking. Over here its something like £75 for a sheet, but its about 1.5m x 1.5m.

But then of course the spacers could have a patent on them so a mass produce copy is prob not a good idea
