Whats easier to install on a V6, SuperCharger or turbo?

Post by Juans_93_MX3 »

Say on a KLDE, what is easier to install?
I know its a stupid question, but a MX3 does have a small engine bay and from what I hear, I will need a sometype of transfere pulley/case thing. Forgot what it was called

So I hear a rebuilt M45 Supercharger should only cost me about $300. I am guessing with a Fuel Management System, fuel injectors, intercooler and fuel pump, the total cost should be about $1000.
In other words, as far as costs:

I think it's the opposite
turbo>sc as far as cost is concern.

It all depends if YOU are building the pipes or buying them. But either way turbo will probably cost you more but has more potential

supercharger in most instances will be cheaper. A centrifugal s/c would be better than turbo IMO. It all depends what you like though. Do you like instant power or snappy turbo power. Do you want to highway cruise or just 1/4 race.

that one doesn't fit in a mx3.
I'm working on a shaftbased kit at the moment. It's planned to be finished next month. I this kit gives good performance results it will go in production.
