silicone hoses

Post by BADMX3 »

i'm replacing all / as many as i can of the hoses in the car. For the coolant have any of you guys / gals tried the probe samco kit? it's just a bit expensive if i buy it and doesn't work. It kind of resembles the mx3 hoses.

also have other people replaced other vacume hoses / fuel lines

any help much appreciated + pics would be nice

I'll only use replacement rubber hoses. Silicone hoses tend to collapse over a short time.

I was about to suggest that. If you want colored hoses, find a pneumatic and hydraulic supply company. They have very strong hoses that will not crush under pressure. Locally, we have a place I can even have custom brake lines made.
