Shifter wobble, oh yeah!

i put in my new pacesetter as disgusted in the topic below. it started out shifting tight, now its loose, when im in gear for example when im in third i can wabble it side to side like its in neutral. where is the bolt to tighten this can anyone take pictures of it and maybe highlight it. also there is a bar leading to a platform under the shifter that the shifter goes through. on this platfor there is a hole that the shifter goes through is that where the rubber pieces that hold the shifter up? where can i get those?
