cHECK ENGINE LIGHT KEEP TURNING ON

I JUST CHANGED MY THERMOSTAT/GASKET AND THE LITTLE HOSE JUST BELOW THE THERMOSTAT ( THE HOSE HAD A HOLE IN IT). NOW WHEN I DRIVE THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT POPS ON. I'M THINKING I HAVE A BAD SENSOR. ANY SUGGESTION I NEED HELP WITH THIS ONE.

I forgot the website but if you go to like a B&B or auto zone and ask for a picture how to do it. You take a paper clip and use it with your Diagnosis and your check engine light will blink. 1 long one is 10 and short blinks are 1. So long, short, short, short is 13 and look it up.
