Body: fixing my bumper / new CF hood

Suspention: front control arm bushings / new KYB strut mounts rear/front / KYB dust boots / Tokico HP blues / H&R sport springs

Engine: mazdaspeed engine mounts / poly inserts / light weight flywheel 9lb / new clutch / removal of A/C / light weight crank pulley / 67mm TB / new belts / OBX racing headers

Right now we almost have the engine pulled. I have the clutch flywheel poly engine mount inserts and control arm bushings already. All of this must be done before Apirl 15th! =)

Operation Facelift :D

Just started sanding and puting the bondo on. This stuff is working great it! I never used bondo before but it is really coming along quick!

that bondo looks to thick bro i think thats gunna crack as soon as it flexes one tiny bit just a suggestion throught some fiberglass in there! but you could try and prove me wrong

O its strong I pull on it a bit just to test it. That is just a little layer its a fine layer plus I do like 20 mins of sanding to get it really smooth up the edges. thats just after the second layer I have it down now and it took me 5 layers to get it smoothed to match the bumpers curves.

Operation Facelift update

I have the middle filled in took 5 layers and sanding after each one to get it smooth with the body. Going to get a can of primor tonight so I can get that ready for paint. I am also starting to attack the easy cracks that are on each side. Going to order my air brush so I can paint it.

Update

I almost have all my stuff here is a pic of most of the stuff I ordered. I am still waiting for my front control arm bushings and mounts for corksport...


List:
4 new dust boots
tokico HP struts
H&R lowering springs
all 4 new mounts
new clutch slave cylinder
SS headers
Magnaflow high flow cat

FYI the high flow cat might not allow your car to pass an emission test for NOx, if required. I guess you probaly have an EGR system, but from personal experience, I can tell you that a high flow cat allows three times more NOx contaminants to pass through than are allowed under Ontario standards.

no we dont need to take are cars in to get checked we dont have to stick stickers on are windows. Non of that we have here. The only thing i seen was that are exhaust places are not able to take off cat's but they can replace them. =)

Update

Finaly got my front bushings from corksport witch I ordered at the beginningof this month.... But tonight I am going to go put my suspention on or get a start on it anyway.

thats weird cuz i put a high flow from magnaflow on my talon and it passed with flying colors
