I need this part asap. I'm hoping someone near Ottawa, Ontario area. Also looking for black leather door panels with red trim or black trim.

there are plenty of cheap cat's on eBay... Its illegal to sell a "used" cat converter... the EPA has strict laws about it.
GS + BP + T3 + 9lb flywheel - some dead weight = ;)
