Could someone please post a picture or tell me where this thing is found on the mx3? Thanks in advance.

On the B series engines it is better to leave the crank pulley alone and U/D the water and P/S pump. Leave the alternator alone. U/D the alternator often leads to the alternator having to work harder to make enough current than when it was being driven normally. You can also make more of a drive reduction this way than you can with a crank pulley for a greater benefit. I make my own for my cars and the guy in Barrie sold his last mazda pulley about a month ago from what I understand. So unfortunately no one makes an U/D pulley set for the Mazda engines anymore.
