Could someone please post a picture or tell me where this thing is found on the mx3? Thanks in advance.

It is the main pulley you no where both belts are hooked onto the engine.

On the B series engines it is better to leave the crank pulley alone and U/D the water and P/S pump. Leave the alternator alone. U/D the alternator often leads to the alternator having to work harder to make enough current than when it was being driven normally. You can also make more of a drive reduction this way than you can with a crank pulley for a greater benefit. I make my own for my cars and the guy in Barrie sold his last mazda pulley about a month ago from what I understand. So unfortunately no one makes an U/D pulley set for the Mazda engines anymore.

Can find them for the GS on ebay, but have yet to find any for my 1.6L DOHC.

They made a crank pulley but I believe it has discontinued. They say lack of sale but it is more likely due to crank related issues. No one has made U/D accessory pulley sets for the B engine commercially probably since the mid 90's.
