17inch Rims for sale, one tire needs to be replaced, one centerpiece ( 25 bux) needs to be replaced. looking for 400 as is or 600 ready to install

ok here is the down fall
some idiot cut a hole in one of the wheels and it cant be fixed so it needs a new tire and also the center piece is missing from the same one.
However thecenter piece I have found for 25 bux.
so im thinking 400 as is or 600 fixed up

Does this price include shipping...? And will you get the missing center-peice and throw it in for the extra $25...? $425 shipped...?

So none of the rims are damaged, just missing a center-cap and needing a new tire..? What brand of tire are the rest..?

Tires....I honestly dont have a clue what kind, they grip good tho..im in ottawa and the wheels are atmy parents homein niagara falls so i cant really check.
And as for the damages, they are used so there are minor scrathces here and there but definately ntohign serious.
As i said the rims are in niagara falls, and Iowuld really like apick up, because i dont know how much shipping of the rims would cost,

those tires look like toyo proxies 4. Very common tire if thats the one so shouldnt be expensive in that size as its a common size in aftermarket tires. Try http://www.tiretrendz.ca

I live in central PA. Not sure how far of a drive that would be for me but i know it's on the easter side of u.s so it's probably within reason.
