Factory HU to Aftermarket Amp~n~Sub'

Does anyone here know how to hook up an amp to the factory head unit.. Iv looked around and i can't find anything.

The Amp I ahve now is a Bazooka P Miller...

The only way I know of that will work is the amp needs a "high level input". You'll plug speaker wire for whichever speakers you are running the amp for into the high level input. However, most newer amps don't have a high level input.

Ask a radio shop for some kind of speaker wire to RCA converter.

To much work i think your better off getting a new CD player Better sound quality to =)

I guess if your looking for a stock look, so no one will jack your stuff, here's what you do.

You will need to buy a high-to-low converter. You connect one end to the speaker wires on your stock deck, or from your rear speakers, where ever you can get to your speaker wires. The other end will be an rca jack. Then you can run a rca cord to your amp. Then find the link to the manual or post here on the forum that lists what the wires to your stock deck is, and hook your remote amp wire to the power antenna wire(basically anything that turns off with your deck). You have to make sure you ground your system really good.
