generally 2" on the turbo piping. some go with 2" to the IC then 2 1/4" from the IC to the intake you want it to be the same size or bigger than the exit side of your turbo. too big and you will see more lag.

exhaust

you just want to get no Back pressure. so anywhere from 2 1/4" to 3" ON A 1.6L will be perfect. i am running a 2 1/4" down pipe to 2 1/2" all the way back.

also depends how much ur boostin if ur low boost 5-8 psi id go 2.5'' exhaust if ur goin well over 10 maybe like close to 15 or more 3'' to give better flow and also if u decide to turb the boost up more at least u got a good exhaust for it.

id go with 2.25'' on ur intercooler it will give plenty of velocity and little lag and flow good enough even for higher boost.

Whatever size you can squeeze in there. 2.25 is ideal.

Run 3" for the exhaust if you can live with a little more noise.

2.25 into a KLZE?
Wouldnt that be too small?
2.25 converted into MiliMeters is 57.15 which is about 2.85 smaller then the size of a KLZE throttle body (60mm)
How about 2.5inch piping (63.5mm)?
