i was wondering how safe it is to turbo or run with turbo with your car in the winter ??? anyone know i mean is it safe or not safe

Don't see why it wouldn't be safe. You intercooler should work a lot better with a colder outside air temperature. The only thing I think would be unsafe would be a driver who doesn't realize he needs to slow down on a slippery road :wink:

So long as you upgrade other areas with the turbo your fine...

More fuel is needed since your stuffing more air down in the chamber.

Tuning is one of the most important things you could do as well... it will be what makes the mtoor purr, or be on the verge of blowing up.
GS + BP + T3 + 9lb flywheel - some dead weight = ;)
