Believe I maxed my fuel pump. HElp!

Post by nos92mx3 »

Well with everything finally buttoned up i went for a spin, boosts nice till 4k then almost hits a wall and my Wideband goes into the higher 13's which is when i let off.I figured it was my fuel maps (safc2) so i richened it up, no change, and then i went nuts and added 20% and still the same. Im still running the stock Mx-3 fuel pump (yea i know i know) and the 330's from the b6t. Should this be happening at around 10 lbs of boost? Or do i have problems in other places? part throttle and below 4k is perfect, dosent go above 12.2 but once it does it goes lean.
Which rx-7 pump should i buy? THe second gen 255 high or low pressure?
Ill be changing the filter tomarrow.
Thanks Guys

just make sure that the fuel strainer that is on it doesnt come off when your installing it cause that will kill the fuel pump in no time at all, happened to me.
