dont know if this will work on our cars or not and its a hub adapter that goes from 4 to 5lug it comes in 4.25" (108mm) and 4.5" (114.3mm) $130 for a set of 2 kinda expensive but a good alternative if you already have 5lug rims u wanna swap on and it was hard as hell to find
this is the 4.25"

...or instead of having rims rubbing on your fender you can just swap in mx6 hubs and bearings to give you a REAL 5 bolt pattern

Well I'd like some info on this then.
The bearing diameter is different from the mx3 to mx6/probe/626

I have been looking into this as well...and i can see the fronts fitting without a problem, but the strut used has to be from a Probe/MX-6.
The rears mount differently, so i am sure some kinda modifications have to be made....and i never really looked at doing it any further, after seeing it was direct bolt on.

What about the 626's? I've seen a couple of them in the junkyards that are 5 bolt. I think it was a 91 or 92. Not completely sure on the year.

Guys- do some research... this has been brought up, discuseed, and shot down more than enough times to prove that its not a bolt on affair with the probe/mx-6/626/millenia stuff.
The only car's spindles I can see even being possible to fit on the MX-3 is the 5-lug GTR... but good luck finding them!

Hmmm quite interesting....
Although I am still not sure WHY you would want to do a 5-lug conversion. Its not a "JDM" option and there are just as many wheels for the 4x100 bolt pattern as there are for 5-lugs.

True, but a hub conversion would open up alot of brake options. Also the ZE has a tendency to loosen the 4 lugs.
I have a pic of that car in a rally. Nice looking ride for its age.

PS, the Astina isthe 323F or Lantis. Same chasis as the MX-3 so it would be a direct swap. Problem is that the number of countries that the Lantis was sold is are few.

So that means we need to find someone overseas to import them.
I would convert in a heartbeat..

So would I, but I searched last night for more pics of the Astina (323f) and couldn't find any with 5 lug wheels. All of them had 4 lug that I saw. I know that most cars I saw were 4 bangers, so maybe I need a pic of the 323f with a V6???
Maybe one of the Australian guys would ship us a set or two...
