Well, along with a built motor, I have decided to build a new turbo kit.
Already have all the parts, and this is the line up:
Holset HX40W turbo... these have been proven to 500+ WHP
Ebay bar/plate FMIC (yes, going intercooled, finally) 27 overallx6.5x3.5
2.5" mandrel pipes, equal length to turbo
2.5" mandrel IC pipes with silicone & tbolts
All MIG'ed by yours truely
Shooting for a bit under 500 whp, but a little over would be nice.
I have spent a total of a bit over $2000 in parts for the new turbo kit alone, ouch. Pics will follow shortly.

Thanks for the comments.
Due to the fact that I want to keep a/c, I cant run 3" piping, so 500 whp is probably out of the picture. The HX40 I bought also has bad seals and I dont feel like rebuilding so I'll be going with a smaller HX35 or H1C instead. I still plan on 450 hp or so.
I am still selling the old turbo kit. It is a good kit, of course not "professionally built" but very functional, no leaks or problems with it.
To get the power to the ground I'm buying real race slicks, 24.5x8 is what I plan on. For the street, well not much to do in the way of FWD for that.
Due to a series of events the car is on the back burner for a few months. Just bought a nissan pathfinder, putting a new motor in it and planning on boosting it as a powerful 4x4 reliable daily driver
Planning on 20 psi or so on a built motor with race gas.

0-60? On the speedo?
LOL... when I hit boost in 1st and shift to 2nd fast, my speedo sits a 60 mph, the tach at 7k, and smoke will literally pour off the tires sometimes. It is generally just a ton of screeching though as I burn all through 2nd gear
So that answers your question, 0-60 when I shift into 2nd gear. it does take a second or 2 maybe for the car to catch up to the speed of the tires. It's pretty crazy really. Anyone who rides in it when I do that has the same response.. "holy shlt." It used to do this with the other turbo on stock ecu/injectors and 10 psi too....
As for zero to 100 mph... hmm.. dunno man. 13.0 @ 110 is what I ran in the 1/4 with a kinda bad launch
