Help Mass airflow sensor % o2 sensor questions

Hey, I'm pretty new at the the whole forum use and what not. I thought i would post these following questions for advice. I got a
1.6L sochc. my mechanic says i need a new mass airflow sensor and a new o2 sensor. The problem arises when it comes to aquiring these items. Should i get the dealership ones or do i have a cheaper or equivalent option of a aftermarket product that could help performance.
Any and all advice would be nice. Also any part #'s

so there are no alternatives to the prescribed parts? no exchange is possible to save money and, or increase performance?

Although i have the doch i think u can the rx7 maf not the latest.
