Shannonville has Drags this weekend.
Friday evening - Test and tune (5:30 til 11:00 pm)
Sat - Drag Races
Sun - Drag Races

I wonder if BabyblueMX3 will be there?

I would love to go, but I don't want to embarass myself...unless someone knows how to tie the VRIS's open, I wouldn't mind giving that a try. I'll get new spark plugs too this week.

Who knows, just for s---'s n giggles I may give it a stab. I only live 25 minutes away so if there's going to be a few going up then I'll make the trip. Deb from Kingston might show too since she's only about 40 minutes away.

I'll state this just in case it does happen, but because of my luck and Shannonville being farther way from home, I can see my car breaking down and having a really nice $500 towing bill

i have my vris tied open and i didnt notice anyimprovent of any kind so i dunno if it would work for you.

sorry John won't be there..my engine is like..hrm...in a bad shape right now..probably a piston/ring or valve seal that went on me..I think it's more of a ring problem. I spare you the details

Oh Nooooooo!!! One too many pounds?? Actually , saw your PT post after I posted this. You're hoping your smoking problem had to do with the PCV valve. Too much internal pressure within the pan, crankcase etc??? Your lowered CR might be letting that excess pressure by. Gotta release that excess pressure somehow.

come on john, I'm dying to test this thing out before I rebuild it.
Kinda wanna bench mark it.
and babyblue...that sucks. one this I hated about the V6 was what a b---- it was to work on. especially headS work
