I know mazda miata autox dudes have been doing this.

difference.

Won't that foam make water to stay inside the chassis easier and therefore increase the probability for rust to come up?

If you read the article, it says it forms a closed cell foam. Closed cell foams don't trap water, they repel it. Open cell foams are the ones you don't want to use in an application where water might be trapped.

1.76lbs/cubic foot, apparently 4-5 kits are required depending on the car type.
Advantage of this kit is that it comes in pressurized cans with a static dispenser (nothing to mix and try to pour down side up in the chassis!)

Tried contacting the company to ship a case/half a case to Canada and would only ship by truck for 150USD. The seem pretty hard to deal with and are not trying to promote at all the product. I've seen a handful of threads only on the net discussing this topic and only 1 person claiming having done it beside SCC.

Any Canadian fellow want to try a BulkBuy and try to drive the shipping cost per kit price down?
