no more cruise control

ok i have been trying to figure out what is wrong with my cruise control for a while now but i can't find the problem. after i did the klze swap my cruise quite working. i have the k8 ecu. is there a difference in the sensors which doesn't allow it to cruz. any suggestions. oh ya and hitting wildlife with a low bumper is a bad thing. guess i gotta go to sgi.

I'll have to second that. When I got my car back after the ZE swap my cruise would not kick in. It was just the vacuum line. There should be a line going from the cruise box on the passenger side of the engine to the intake manifold.

does anybody have a picture or can take one of the cruise control box on the passenger side. i think i know what you guys are talking about but am not certain. and where does it hook up on the intake, after the vaf or before. i am running the kl02 vaf if that makes a difference. thanks

Correct vaccum line but depending what IM you running for your ZE, there is an ample supply of points you can connect your vaccum line too.

Thanks...I think I posted all the pics of my cleaned engine bay a while back and what was used.
The intake manifold that I have is the K8 one.

so with a curved ze you can just hook into any vaccum line? Say with a t fitting?

that helps alot, thanks. unfortunately i have the curved ze intake. i will try different vacuum lines to try it out. i was wondering why the cruise control box had a whole for a line but i couldn't figure out where it went on the im. if anybody has found a specific vacuum line that is ment for the cruise that would be great. once again thanks

alright i hooked up the cruise control vacuum hose to where the vris seliniods conect to the intake manifold. thanks for the help

Correct, that's exactly what I did. I Tee'd into the vaccum line between the FPR and the FPR solenoid. Works just fine.
