I'm thinking of making my own custom seat covers for my 92
just want to know if many people have done this and how they turned out

difficult, time consuming and lots of fun if you are into having parts that no one else has. I'm in the process, just started, but haven't gotten much of anywhere yet. That is just what I've heard. I'm stoked to start and can't wait to see the results.
I think the hardest part was sourcing the fabric I wanted to use.

I've decided to buy one cheap seat cover for my passenger seat and I'll
take the original cover apart to use as a pattern. I'm planning to do the seats in black with jade green where the multi coloured material is now.
I might do some custom lettering on them as well. I'll see how quickly I can learn how to use a sewing machine. I can't afford to spend $1000
on seats. I'll try to send pics if the covers turn out. Thanks for input.
