Wiring Harness Differences?

Does anyone know if there are any differences between the 1994 and 1995 B6DE main engine control wiring harnesses? I'm trying to wire up my EManage using wire information from a 1995. I hooked the RPM wire signal up to the 2E pin location, but it isn't showing a tach signal.

Any thoughts?

It's a two plug ECU.

well if you can't find it there. Tach will be a yellow/blue wire at your distributor :D

Yellow/blue eh?

Same colours as the same wire in my 1990 Festiva.

I swapped a B6T into the car a few years ago (2002), this winter I wanted to switch the engine over to use a MAF because the flapper-door type air meter is impossible to tune with on that car. I ended up swapping the MX3 cylinder head, intake manifold with VICS, every sensor, wiring harness, and ECU into the car. I have to wire the tach in the instrument cluster up to the ECU and to my wideband and Emanage... which is why I was wondering about differences in the wiring harnesses. The wire at the pin location which is *supposed* to be the tach signal doesn't do anything for the tachometer...

By the way, I'm just in Mississauga. My buddy JMAC with a soon-to-be-BPT 323GT (which I used to own until I sold it to him) lives out in your area. We should meet up one day and talk about Mazdas
