this is a pretty much brand new Panasonic CQ-DFX700u cd player. I recomend these decks, I have a DF88 ('99 model) It looks great works great, the DF88 replaced A DFX77 ('98 model) which i use in my truck now, Not a hitch in over 2 years!!!<P>Mike 93 RS 143.0 dB
