He was supposed to refund me $900 for my kl-ze engine that I send him way back in October 2004. Hes been keeping contact with me up untill December and he just stopped. I never got the engine swap done because I had a really bad car accident on the highway on my way to Montana from Chicago. I know he received the money back from the guy he ordered it from. He promised me my money back, and now I need it more than ever. A Volvo truck hit me and since I had no witnesses the insurance company ruled out that he hit me because they can't tell by the accident who hit who. I was dragged accross the highway by the trucks bumper. Anyways my car is pretty totaled, and I ended up with $2K inmedical bills, not mentioning repair bills. SO I NEED MY MONEY BACK!!! My car is still at the impound lot and will remain there until I get some money to fix it. It sucks w/o my MX-3.
