Hi Everyone!

Another MX-3 reporting in from London, UK.
It's a 1998 "Blackbird" 1.6i DOHC "RS" model, totally stock.
Can normally be spotted cruising around the Wembley areas though it does get about.
I'm the Unidentified Flying Object that flashes past you in the fast lane on the M1.

Have seen a few MX-3's with their pilots - both guys and gals.
Usually get excited and flash my headlights when I see another MX-3 cos they are rather rare in the UK. Some enthusiasts are kind enough to flash back.
We DO belong to an exclusive club.

Got "Blackbird" last November, it had been debadged - so all my friends who see it always say - "wotizit"? Sound familiar?
And a lot of people who should now better think it's a Porsche, Ferrari - or some equally super posh coupe. Lovely car.
Turns heads all the time.

Love my MX-3! Besotted! Good lord - all those curves!! <drools shamelessly>.

By the way, was the MX-3 ever featured on Top Gear?
I wonder what Motor-Mouth Jeremy Clarkson would say about the MX-3?
The mind boggles!!

Take care everyone.

:D :D :D

Hi Rasheedn!

Kingston might not have Mazda Dealers with parts for the MX-3, but you should try other dealers closer to London.

There is a good Mazda dealer in Southall, West London (Naymills i believe it's called) and when i needed bits for my MX-3 they ordered them for me. The prices seemed fair too - and they didnt act like my MX-3 was from another planet.

I'm in Guildford, not too far of sarf' london.

I gotta red V6 that I'm sorting out the chassis on first before I start on the engine. Gotta sort out some new seals as well, 10 years takes a lot out of a car! :)
