UK suspension options

Post by [wolfman] »

I'm just wondering if any of the main UK suspension manufacturers (Koni, Spax etc) make a coilover kit for the mx3? or will i have to look to the US and Asian market.

I would also be interested in a coilover set, since 1 lowering spring broke.

As far as I know there are no UK places so you will have to go to the US market.

I havnt found any were in the UK for them either. I think you'll have to got to the US for them.
From what Ive heard Ground Control Coilovers are the best to go with. With KYB or Koni shocks. Not sure about tokico shocks.

Keep us posted. As thats my next Mod :2thumbsup:

In Italy my favorite shop made them custom for an MX-3... he installed koni inserts and welded coilovers with helper springs.

After a couple of spring rate changes that guy is running -5cm with a VERY responsive car, also VERY stiff IMO.
But no problems at all.
All the job cost 900 EUR plus old shocks.

Just want to share!
