Automatic To Manual Conversion

Hi Everyone,
I purchased a 92'Mazda mx-3 (1.8L)last year and now recently im having problems with what i believe is the transmission. Its an automatic and am in the process of switching it out to a manual. Does anyboy have any tips or know of a place that possibly has a list of the parts that I may need to do the tranny switcheroo. I would appreciate any advice. <p>Thanks bunches,

The obvious parts would be:
clutch assembly
tranny<p>I would also HIGHLY suggest the master cylinder be replaced. This is speaking from personal experience.

Okay, Im new to the site so Im not able to find the faq for the automatic transmission to manual. Ive looked at all the posts and read thru a bunch of them to see if they have any pertinent information. Mainly what im look for is someone who has done the swapout and nows what parts besides the obvious that may or will be needed. I actually got some useful information from Vaughn Nishimura so i probably will be okay. By the way has anybody had any problems removing the driver side cv shaft from the transmission? I have done just about everything besides beat the crap out of it.
