Funny Situation

This past weekend I was cruzin' along, had the stereo goin' was very happy . Suddenly I hear this noise overtakin' my stereo, I get to my uncle's, and check my exhaust Was thinkin' about 2.25", any suggestions for the actual muffler? I don't care if it's loud, just not too loud! Also, when should I replace the Cat, I don't think it's been done for a while. (Entire exhaust seems to be stock, and I've got a 6cyl.95-GS with 175,000km on the engine.

I also have a 95, don't get the Pacesetter exhaust, because it doesn't fit right on the 95 model. That's what I have, and I have to jerry rig it to get it to fit. Probably cheapest to get a 2.25" pipe custom done and then put a muffler of your choice on the back. Lots of people seem to like the Magnaflow muffler on the MX-3.

Yah, I haven't really made up my mind about which muffler to go with, but FLOWMASTER, and DYNAMAX are definately 2 brands I would consider. Thanks for the feedback! Cheers

yo i had the same thing......right before my muffler....just broke.....it was kinda funny b/c i was driving then all of a sudden ....GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR<p>jason
