Re: Junk yard run...
Funny you should mention this. We are planning one for next saturday. You're welcome to come. We all have some dibs on parts if we find em though, :p . Mostly we all want different things so it's all good.
I don't know all the details yet, but if you want to go, we'll keep you in the loop.

Re: Junk yard run...
We probably won't be able to hit all the wreckers this saturday. If we can't find anything, we'll be going again next saturday. Is there anything that you are looking for in particular.

Re: Junk yard run...
Anyone who need parts for their MX-3, we've seen some at the wreckers today at Ralphs A-Van and Atlas Auto Wreckers on Mitchell Island, A-Best and Ralphs A-Scott (japnese division) on Scott Road in Surrey.

MN, call Ralphs A-Van auto wreckers or Atlas auto wreckers down at Mitchell Island. They both have a couple of MX-3s down there with the hatch cover still in one piece. They're closer to you than the Surrey wreckers.
Re: Junk yard run...
Thank you Kevin Gee...very nice of you.I already emailed them.
Cheers
MN ![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon_smile.gif)

Re: Junk yard run...
There's a tropical emerald green DOHC down at A-Best Auto Wreckers in Surrey, can't remember if the black one was DOHC or SOHC. I think the black one down at Atlas Auto Wreckers on Mitchell Island was a DOHC. I don't know if the wreckers are willing to sell just the valve cover, they usually want to sell it with the engine.
Re: Junk yard run...
Kevin:
Hi, thank you for the replay to my posting regarding the security lid for my MX-3. I need more help from you since I am a new owner of a Mazda MX-3/ 1.6/1993. I have problem with my RPM. It is just too high at start and if I lower it to 1000/min it will stall at stop. The Mazda dealer is telling me is the full system but I heard that most MX-3s have this usual problem. Do you a mechanic who is familiar with MX-3? To be honest I do not trust the dealer any longer, already paid $400.00 to them and no result. I appreciate your advice.
Thank You
(MN) :p
PS: I live in Langley but I can take it any where in the lower mainland.
