The retraction on my selt belt is now very poor. Can they be adjusted ?. How do you remove the interior trim to gain access to the mechanism ?. Any tips ?.

the mx-3s had a lot of seat belt recalls for safety reasons, so first check with a dealership for that. My seat belt was getting tighter sometimes, and often tried to strangulate me or my passengers, but the dealership fixed/replaced parts for free because of the recall
