I think the Supra looks way too much like a Vanquish, and it the front is ugly (in my opinion). The RX-7 looks really good though. I can see that happening.

The new Supra has been under development in Germany for about 2 years now. Reason it is being built in Germany and not Japan? No horsepower limits in Germany, where as Japan runs a 280hp limit. <P>The new RX-7 is rumoured to be released, haven't heard anything more.

i also came across this quote on another site....<P>"Mazda product development chief Philip Martens also confirmed that his team were working on a more powerful turbocharged RX-8 that would pump out in excess of 250kW and be available in around 2004. That's in addition to word from inside Mazda that the next generation two-door RX-7 will also be based on the RX-8's platform but not appear in showrooms until 2004 at the earliest.. "<P><BR> :D

The rx-8 was built to give the ol school rx-7 drivers a luxury sports car with room for 4. The rx-7 of 2004 which will be more like a 2006 will be a 2 seater with turbo and the mazdaspeed logo. there is no way it will come by 2004 as there isn't even a concept car yet. If they are smart they will intro duce this car as a 2007 mazdaspeed rx-7.

I like the RX-7 picture, however as mentioned it does look a little like a corvett but it still looks good.<P>The Supra picture.... I don't know, too me that doesn't really look like a Toyota. The picture from the front it almost kind of looks like one of the old Porsche 944's except more modern.
