Hey, I'm from Peterborough (if you don't know where that is, it's about an hour and a half East of Toronto). Both of these cars are from Peterborough. My buddy that has a Civic is friends with them. I could probably find stuff out from them if you want me to.

its an fxdesigns one. I believe its a molded hood scoop.
