I had a strut bar off of ebay and it did work great, but mine too was on the last thread. So I got rid of it and got the new corksport bar, and its a perfect fit. Worth the money if you ask me.

I really did bash the bar. Haha it was worthless to me because it was only 13 bucks and it didn't fit the car at all. Not even close.

I am gonna get the Corksport bars soon though. I wasn't about to make any changes to the bar, because for 13 dollars it just didnt seem worth it.

Thats really cool you made a deal with Eric :pimp:

It fits. I got an Ebay one that was way to short. But the Procarparts one screw about the middle of each end. It's worth it. I buy from them for other stuff, and there all good.

you can always modify it dudes, i cant believe youre all such whinies. oooo its soo small ooo its so short ooo...cmon take it out, weld it, fabricate it, etc. put it back on. and dont whine. of course you get what you pay for $20 shipped from ebay is way too cheap and there is GONNA be some problems with them.

Why didn't I think of that. Go take it to a shop and pay double the price for a Corksport one to have it modded on. Some people can only afford the Ebay ones. Fair question to ask.

in all fairness getting it modded (under the right circumstances) is unavaoidable....case and point....my current strut br will need to be either modded or tossed for my MS8 IM.
but if you're getting it for standard aplications and it's advertised as fitting the MX3 and it doesn't then you're getting ripped off.
