Hello everyone, i baught a set of Jamex lowering springs from a guy and they are suppose to drop the car 1.75 inch in front and 2 inches in the back. i don't understand the whole camber thing. will i have a problem with that, and what will camber bolts do for me? please help. what is gonna happen to my tires? when i start drving it around. oo yeah one more thing i have coil over is it? where the springs go over the the struts. will this affect it?<p>[ April 02, 2003: Message edited by: z_x71 ]</p>

If you go and drive around with you're camber all screwed up, you're tires will not only wear out unevenly, they will also wear out very quickly.<p>i don't understand the whole camber thing. will i have a problem with that?
Yes. Make sure you get 4 camber bolts (one for each strut) and a 4-wheel alignment done AFTER you lower you're car.

a) if 1 camber bolt doesn't work, add another to each strut.<p>b) Camber doesn't wear out tires that fast, unless its VERY overdone.

well how about with that drop that will be done, 1.75" in front and 2" in back?

what are the chamber bolts for? do you need them is you lower your car or are there ones on it already?

There are bolts there already but they're not very good since they don't move as much. It's better to get the thinner bolts for more adjustability.<p>~A

where can i go to get chamber bolts and how much for them and how many should i pick up? 4?
