Horrible tire wear

Post by Paragon »

i hope i'm posting in the right forum...here's my problem. i put a set of tires on my car, about 90% tread left, and less than 10,000 miles later, the front pair is just about bald. they're pirelli p8000s i believe, i'll get the numbers of them tomorrow. i've had a 4 wheel alignment, and the only times my wheels spin, if it happens at all, is accidental. the car has a slight pull to the left, and both the mechanic who inspected my car and the alignment shop told me the tires were crap. does anyone have any light to shed here for me? i really can't afford to be buying tires twice a year.
