Loud Knocking sounds Fixed! Sway Bar Linkage
I would like to thank the people that recommended i change the sway bar linkage. it was not the struts at all. for 150cnd the car drives perfect now. <BR>I recommend having urs looked at before u spend shitloads of money on struts<P>cheers

no i don't have any pics but i do know where it is and what it looks like. u know what? its not worth doing urself cuz for about 100US you could get it replaced including labour. if u have a pic of that section send it to me and i'll highlight it for u . u need to remover the wheel obviously. <BR>also look at the onlince shop manual page <BR>R024, that might help<P>cheers

By sway bar do you mean what us Brits call anti roll bar? (behind the engine block at the bottom) and the bits you replaced are they the bars with te 2 ball joints that connect this to the lower suspension arms?

It was the bit I thought. £50 for the pair, ½ hour to replace them.
