regrinding cams for ze turbo

Post by pimpjuice »

I know that there is someone out there that does this, do you know if I could get specs for someone local to do this, or does anyone know how to get ahold of this person so that I can get mine done, I am ready to get this car on the dyno, but I have to get the cams done so I can get it back together. thanks, jep

well a klde would be an easier setup for turbo. ive heard that de's have cams better suited for f/i than does the ze that has cams better suited for n/a application. the de has dished lower compression pistons to begin with as opposed to the ze flat topped pistons. if you have no idea what im talking about dont think about turbo yet. if you do, head over to probetalk and go to the cam regrinds thread and post your question. im not saying the higher compression is not good for f/i but be more careful.

wrong place to post this. there is a forced induction forum
