?'s about haltek stand alone

Post by ryanlindenberg »

hey i am doing the bpt swap and was wondering how hard it would be just to put in the haltek unit compared to the stock ecu w/ harness for the motor. and how hard is it to program the haltek? i'm sure someone on here would have a similar setup that could give me their settings to at least get the motor running.

installing a haltech e6k isn't that hard if you have a wiring diagram or someone to help you that's done it before. there are two people that i know of on here using a haltech e6k. me and natural born honda killer(jeremy). i could give you a map or two to get you started. if you're serious about getting one, let me know and i can get a price for you.

I am also running a haltech on my GTX (it's a new setup) anyway, I have the E6k, not the X and I would like some of your maps if you don't mind.
