with the vac line to the waste gate connected to the port on the intake tube i run 9 pounds. with the vac line connected to a line on the actual intake manifold i run like 14 psi. and also when hooked up to the apexi AVC-r and the boost "off" i run 14 psi.whats the deal?
the avc-r is a pain to set up: with goal of .8 and duty set to 20% it still spiked to over 1 bar. its times like this i wish i still had my turboxs mbc

The wastegates must be plug before the throttle body that's why you have 14psi, the wastegate never open. Make shure you Apexi sytem takes his feed from before the throttle body.
