Pro LX Tranny

Within 3 months I will be starting the BPT swap in my MX3 RS. I have a supplier for the BPT GTX, BOV, Sparion intercooler, boost controller, apexi super A/FC, etc.. They only part I haven't compensated for is the Protege Lx Tranny. Where can I pick one of these up from besides a junk yard besides 1500 for the dealer part. Some assistance please? Thanks guys.

Junkyards are the only place my friend. I've looked today for the tranny and can't seem to locate 1. You would think a big city such as Atl. would have it, but these danm things are difficult to find. Maybe I'll have better luck tommorow. Good luck to you.

When I look at specs I see protege LX F25M-R trans.. the same as ours so why do we have to change?

in canada the pro lx comes with the F25M-R<BR>but the gt comes with the g25M-R <P>but in the US<BR>DX = F25M-R i think<BR>lx = g25M-R <P>so other places in there world it might be different so look for the pro gt tranny # in <BR>Normandin

i'm just getting it at a local high end shop here and he gets its from somewhere i don't know
