Carlisle is fast approaching

Post by msbmx3 »

May 15 and 16th. As most of you know Carlisle this year is in Harrisburg (not at the fairgrounds) at the Farm Show(huge place indoor and out)
Indoor is $65, judged and only 250 spots as of today are left. Indoor show rules apply-disconnect battery, less than 1/4 tank of gas, etc, etc
Outdoors is $45 and non-judged

I am definatly going but havent decided if i want to go throught the hassle to be indoors, so i guess I am leaning toward the outdoor show field

So Who Is In????

We could make this a meet and it could possibly replace the Huge NYC meet that i have been trying to plan since not to many people have showed interest and most arent gonna drive the distance twice. The normal meets that we have had in nyc will still take place this summer

I'll be there most likely. Even tho that is the weekend before finals. I'll be showing in the outdoor since you basially get free parking and a ticket inside 3 days in a row. (you save money :p )

depending on if i can split a motel with at least 2 other ppl, i'll be there fo sho, regardless of how far along my car is w/ its bodywork.

not sure if any of my buddies plan on going this year.

Anyone here wanna split a motel room? I haven't priced them yet, but I wouldn't give care if I had to sleep on the floor, as long as I don't have to spend a ****load of money.

I'd like it to make it out, I'd say 25% shot I'll be there, When is the last day to register for Outdoor parking? I assume Jeff will be driving up in his RX-8. Tom are you coming down for this?

I'd be up for splitting a room maybe....it depends on if my schedule will let me get down there for 3 days....but I'll check on it and get back to ya. I may do the outdoor parking as well, cuz last year I felt left out :crying: .

I am working on finding hotels with the best rates and ones that are close by the site of the show. Ill keep you all updated. For those that are looking to share rooms, We usually do that every year, just hook up with someone else that is need of a room. You will know from this thread of who needs rooms/roommates. If you need help finding a place to stay, Let me know

also
I decided to be judged, just payed the $65. Only 90 more spots left indoors and 2076 spaces left for the funfield(non-judged) as of tonight($45)
