VA Meet at NOPI in Dinwiddie, VA

Hey everyone. A bunch of people in the Hampton Roads area and a few other people I heard are going to NOPI in Dinwiddie, VA August 17th and 18th. To anyone in the Hampton Roads area who wants to go maybe we can all meet somewhere here and travel there as a group, that would be cool. To everyone else in VA, we will have to decide on a place in Dinwiddie to meet up. Okay people, just to let you know, I am only going Saturday, the 17th. I do not believe this NOPI show will have drag racing, its just show. So I dont feel like spending money on a hotel and two-day pass. <BR> But anyways, I figured anyone around the Hampton Roads area can meet up early Saturday morning (17th) at Greenbriar Mall, outside of the main entrance (where the one restaurant is). We can talk a while, then get on the road.<BR> For everyone else, we can all meet up somewhere at NOPI on Saturday, maybe all park together, wouldnt that be cool? Since I do not know the area, I don't know where we could meet.<BR> I am not sure if we should post our own cell phone numbers on this board, so maybe we can organize it through e-mail, or if anyone knows the area and a good place to meet just post here.<BR> Looking forward to seeing all you mxers out there!

How do you get to greenbrier mall? I'll probably go there or just meet yall up at dinwiddie.

Go down 64 and take the Greenbriar exit, i think the second one, and then you will see the mall. Drive around till you either see my car or like a main entrance with some "American" restaurant. Also across from the mall is where the Greenbriar theater is, so you could look in the paper for directions to that too, or where the old Funscape used to be. pretty much just drive down 64 till u see exit to greenbrior mall i think its about 30 to 50 mins from newport news depending how u drive

That trip ruled! Forget the show, driving up there was the best part. Great to see everyone that turned out for the trip up there, as well as everyone else that was there. To let everyone know our group that traveled up there was 3 mx3s and 3 probes, and we met 3 or 4 other mx3s at the show. Cant wait till the next show/meet!
