Removing Intake Manifold...

i was planning doing something with my intake manifold and valve cover (painting and polishing) on my gs, and was wondering how much work is involved to remove the intake manifold. i done a few searches, but didnt find much of what i was looking for...

you have to remove all of the hoses, the fuel lines, the intake, then unbolt the center bolts. There is also a bracket on the backside holding it to the rear cylinder head. getting under the car might help for that one. I just removed mine completely since I dind't have one that'd work with my ZE mani
