Do all MX-3s have Arials?
Iv noticed some pics with out them. If so where is it?
Or if you have had one removed where did you lay it?

Yeah, where did those who shaved the antenna relocate it to? Or do they just not listen to the radio and rely on CDs.

I still have my stock antenna, but i installed a VW fuba antenna on the top of the hatch, as close to the rear glass as possible. I havent had time to actually wire this antenna up and shave the stock one yet. Its on my very long "to-do" list for the mx :2thumbsup:

Doesnt the Mazda 6 have a "in glass" antenna (as in in the windsheild. I wish I could convert mine to that... so clean looking.

if you orderd you MX-3 with out a radio from the factory it would come with a black block off plate to cover the hole for the antenna.

I don't think they make cars without out radios. Atleast I have never seen one in my life. :shrug:

Yea, I meant the antena. I know some BMWs have an internal antena. But I dont know how these work.

The Subaru WRX STi doesnt come with a radio in it. It does have speakers though.

Yeah, man. My father had an old 86 Suburban that had it in the windshield. I think that conversion would look cleaner, but put it in the hatch glass since there is already a bunch of lines in it. Don't know if the heater would affect reception though.

I would say get rid of it all together. Unless you listen to the radio a lot. Just push it down into the car so its barely sticking out, thats what I do until I can actually shave it off.
